Jets Triumph In Heritage Classic

The Winnipeg Jets (6-6-0) start a three-date road trek after beating the Calgary Flames in the 2019 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic at Mosaic Stadium on Saturday. Bryan Little (1 goal, 2 points this year) buried the overtime winner at 3:04 of the extra session after Josh Morrissey (1 goal, 7 points) tied the game at 1-1 during power play with 4:11 remaining in regulation. It was Winnipeg’s second victory in the past three contests (2-1-0) following a three-game losing run prior (0-3-0). Both victories were decided past regulation.
